Hear about what brought them to Applied Intuition, what’s kept them interested, and their advice to potential candidates.   ABOUT THE ROLE You will streamline developer workflows and deployment infrastructure for complex automotive systems, identifying friction to improve velocity and reliability. By building robust HIL/SIL validation pipelines and leveraging cloud-based CI/CD, you will evolve the tooling and automation platforms necessary to scale modern embedded software development across the entire lifecycle. AT APPLIED INTUITION, YOU WILL: - Design, build, and improve the tools, libraries, and frameworks for our engineering team - Develop and evolve CI/CD pipelines for embedded and automotive software, including SIL and HIL test environments - Build and test scalable tools for deploying to various automotive and cloud platforms - Optimize our compile/build times using tools like Bazel, CMake, Docker - Improve software deployment and data collection frameworks - Identify and solve bottlenecks within our software stack WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: - 5+ years of relevant experience - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent - Some experience using Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin - Experience with CI, build, and deployment technologies like Bazel, Buildkite, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins, and comfortability with scripting for automation - Exposure to embedded, automotive, SIL/HIL, or hardware-adjacent environments is highly desirable - Experience with Linux and/or ARM systems NICE TO HAVE: - Experience using C and C++ - Experience working in automotive or related industries - Experience with deploying software on either public clouds (e.g., AWS) or on-premise clusters BENEFITS: - 30 days of paid vacation per year - Free daily lunch and dinner in the office, plus breakfast, snacks, and drinks - Supplemental private health insurance (PrivatAccess Silver) — specialist appointments within 7 working days and surgery within 14, plus long-term sickness income insurance, premium waiver insurance, and group life insurance (TGL) - Occupational pension: 4.5% of salary up to the statutory income ceiling and 30% of salary above it - 9,360 SEK annual learning & development and 5,615 SEK annual fitness budget - 25 free Lyra coaching or therapy sessions per year for you and each of your dependents - Generous parental leave: on top of statutory parental lea
