We are seeking an experienced  Software Engineer – Test Automation  with a minimum of  5 years of hands-on experience  in automation testing. The role is  purely focused on test automation activities , with a strong emphasis on  Playwright and TypeScript . The candidate must have strong experience  and exposure to testing web applications built using  Node.js and React.js . Requirements Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain  automated test scripts  using  Playwright with TypeScript Perform  end-to-end, functional, and regression automation testing Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and testing needs Ensure comprehensive test coverage for applications developed using  Node.js and React.js Identify, document, track, and validate defects across the testing lifecycle Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and testing utilities Integrate automated tests with  CI/CD pipelines Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and banking regulations Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience  in  Test Automation Engineering Strong hands-on experience with  Playwright and TypeScript  (mandatory) Experience testing applications built on  Node.js and React.js Mandatory banking domain expertise Strong understanding of automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and QA best practices Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Good to Have Experience with  Selenium (Java) Knowledge of  Finacle  or other core banking platforms Exposure to API testing and performance testing tools Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
