We're looking for a Platform Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure behind Revic's AI-native revenue engine. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Revic's AI agents process terabytes of data, orchestrate dozens of integrations, and make real-time decisions that impact enterprise revenue pipelines. As we scale, we need someone to make sure the foundation underneath all of that is rock solid. We need a Platform Engineer who can build infrastructure that scales gracefully, stays observable, and lets our product engineers move fast without worrying about what's underneath. THE TECHNICAL CHALLENGE The Core Problem: How do you build infrastructure that supports thousands of concurrent AI agent runs, each pulling from dozens of data sources, while keeping latency low, costs reasonable, and reliability high? Your Mission: - Design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure and developer platform that powers Revic's AI systems - Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management so engineers ship with confidence - Build and operate observability, monitoring, and alerting systems that catch problems before customers do - Manage the infrastructure layer that fuels our AI agents - Improve developer experience by reducing friction in local development, testing, and production debugging - Collaborate with product engineering to design systems that are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient - Champion infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, and operational best practices across the team YOU BELONG HERE IF... You Think in Systems - 5+ years of experience building and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - You've designed systems that handled real production traffic, not just weekend projects - You understand distributed systems deeply enough to know where they break You Ship Relentlessly - You measure success by uptime, deployment velocity, and how happy your fellow engineers are - You automate everything you can and document what you can't - You've built CI/CD pipelines that teams actually trust You're Technically Strong - Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - Comfortable with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar) - Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar) - Familiarity with data infrastructure (Spark, Databricks, Airflow, or similar) is a strong plus You're Intellectually Honest - You question everything, including your own assumptions - You know when to build vs. buy vs. wait - You're energized by debugging hard problems under pressure Technical Indicators We Love ✓ You've managed infrastructure that supported data-heavy workloads at scale ✓ You've reduced deployment times from hours to minutes ✓
