As an Entry-Level Software Engineer – New Grad, you'll help build solutions that support everything from eCommerce and inventory management to fulfillment and customer experience. If you're looking for a place where you can grow, contribute, and see the results of your work, we'd love to meet you.   Authorization   Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.   Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.   Location   This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of working in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week.   Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Austin area. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.   In this role   Design, build and maintain integrations and automated workflows that connect enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce) and eliminate manual handoffs   Build and support data pipelines and ETL processes that move, transform and validate data across systems ensuring the data quality and consistency that AI and analytics depend on   Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks and event-driven automations with strong error handling, logging and monitoring so issues surface quickly   Write clean, testable scripts and services in Python, C#, or JavaScript to automate repetitive business processes and reporting   Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and translate them into working solutions   Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices and documentation that keep our growing automation footprint reliable and maintainable   Help evaluate and implement cloud services and tools (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, Service Bus) that form the building blocks for future AI capabilities Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications   Uphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey The ideal person   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experience   Foundational programming skills in at least one language (Python strongly preferred; C#, Java, or JavaScript also welcome)   Basic understanding of APIs, JSON/XML, and how web services co
