As a member of the Kargo team, you will have the opportunity to develop and deploy tomorrow’s hardware & software solutions and help revolutionize logistics. Responsibilities Develop high-performance C++ software for machine vision and AI systems running on edge devices. Build and improve computer vision features using 3D perception and AI technologies. Help develop agentic AI systems to deploy, monitor, and manage a growing fleet of edge devices. Collaborate with senior engineers to improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of our edge platform. Troubleshoot, test, and optimize software running in real-world environments. Experience 1 to 2 years of professional, internship, or research experience in software engineering. Strong programming skills in C++ and python. Familiarity with Linux development environments. Experience through coursework, projects, internships, or research in one or more of the following: computer vision, machine learning or AI, robotics, or edge computing. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
