About LEAP LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Management Solutions in the world and is part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies. With the support and infrastructure of our wider Engineering organisation (LEAP Dev), you'll have full responsibility over building and maintaining these applications. Your time will be split across content development and full stack (frontend and backend) engineering work. To make this happen, you will: Research and develop emerging trends, standards, and practices for frontend development; Design, develop and manage backend APIs and services; Provide scalability to ensure the application can handle mass amounts of data and users; Implement secure customer authentication; Find ways to evolve and improve the way we develop, deploy and deliver software; Revise, update, refactor, and debug code; Test and deploy applications and systems; Use Git version control to manage codebase; Build and maintain the automated forms, precedents and matter types that criminal law firms rely on every day; Develop content applications, such as Word add-ins and Definable Table Apps, using LEAP’s Galaxy Design System; Build calculation objects and document automation logic so lawyers can produce accurate legal documentation quickly and consistently; Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that provide a seamless experience across devices; Work closely with our Content team and in-house criminal lawyers to translate legal requirements into working software What you'll bring 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
