ABOUT THE ALGO TEAM We are a bunch of competitive individuals with strong mathematics foundations and development skills. We are responsible for developing new algorithms that power our trading strategies, mainly focused on market making. We calculate fair prices—what an asset should sell for in the current market—based on incoming data. This is critical for deciding our trading positions, prices, and sizes across various markets. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THE ALGO TEAM - Cooperate with quantitative researchers and traders to design new trading algorithms. - Improve existing trading strategies and their trading performance and flexibility - Use your skills to make our algorithms faster and decrease latencies between components WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU - Senior Engineering Expertise: 5+ years of experience with expert systems and custom libraries development. - Ownership & Problem Solving: We provide a lot of freedom to our engineers, so we expect you to be a “manager of one” who owns their agenda and delivers results. - Strong Analytical Thinking: Mathematical intuition and strong problem-solving skills to analyze data and develop efficient solutions. - Collaborative Spirit: Teamwork, communication, and collaboration are essential, as we work as a single unit, not as a group of individual contributors. - Systems Thinking: Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization. - Culture Fit: Say things as they are, answer questions truthfully, leave ego at the door, challenge decisions when you disagree, and once a decision is final, commit and deliver your best. INTERVIEW PROCESS - Introductory call: Learn more about the company and get your questions answered. - Online assessment: Algorithmic coding challenge - Technical screening: Interview with one of our engineers, to assess your tech skills. - Technical interview: The live coding part to evaluate coding skills as well as communication and problem solving skills. - System Design interview The entire interview process is online. COMPENSATION, WORK ARRANGEMENT, AND BENEFITS - We offer competitive, above-market compensation tailored to your expertise, seniority, and local residency. The typical base salary range is 80,000 € – 150,000 € per year, with the final offer reflecting each candidate’s individual experience and depth of technical skill. We can go even higher on base salary in specific cases. - Every six months, we celebrate impact. This bonus is tied directly to both individual excellence and the fund’s overall performance. When the team wins, you win too.
