Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country.   Description Captivation Software is looking for a senior level software engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities.    Requirements Security Clearance: Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen Minimum Qualifications: Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Required Skills: General Python scripting and large Python systems design/development C/C++ systems design/development Scripting languages (Bash, awk, sed, powershell) RF Signals Familiarity Desired Skills: STM32 microcontroller software development experience Familiarity with STM32CubeMX, STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeProgrammer, STM32CubeMonitor) Work with Raspberry Pi4, 5 series products Hardware solutions breadboarding, debug and related tools (multimeter, etc) Familiarity with silicon digital logic devices (demux, mux, gating, etc) RF Signals analysis tools, test tools, and their usage (FieldFox, Spectrum analyzer) Customer AI web services (both networks)   This position is open for direct hires only.
