ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Software Developer in Test to partner with our Quality Engineering team in shaping how we define and deliver quality across the organization. In this role, you’ll help enhance our release process and release integrity, software development to drive automation-first initiatives, and establish quality metrics and standards that raise the bar for how we build, test, and deliver software. You’ll think beyond traditional testing, focusing on CI/CD quality improvements, internal tooling, performance testing, and enablement initiatives that empower teams to move faster with confidence. We’re looking for someone with a systems-level mindset and a passion for measuring and improving quality through pragmatic solutions and automation, who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and innovate in how we release and validate our product. ABOUT YOU You’re an experienced software engineer who brings both technical depth and a strong sense of ownership to how software is tested and released. You take pride in building systems that make quality measurable, scalable, and reliable. You collaborate closely with engineers and designers to create patterns and practices that help teams ship high-quality software with confidence. You’re thoughtful, analytical, and disciplined in your approach, but also creative in how you identify opportunities to improve release integrity, automation, and performance. You’re comfortable driving change, influencing best practices, and communicating effectively across teams.
