Let’s find your Road! TLDR Role: Software Developer (Associate Consultant or Consultant) Focus: Help businesses grow by building and improving digital sales channels and systems for our clients. Ideal Candidate: A couple years of professional web development (full-stack) experience, eager to learn and make an impact. The position is also suitable for someone finishing their studies. The job & what you’d be working on As a software developer, you are interested in what happens under the hood of modern digital sales channels. You’ll get to work together with other Columbia Road consultants in a cross-competence team, building and growing new digital businesses for our customers in various fields of business. This means you may collaborate daily with designers, digital marketers, strategy consultants, data & AI specialists as well as our clients' stakeholders and team. You will be supported in your learning by peers in both development and other domains, and you’ll have the ability to create real impact in our clients’ businesses. Your motivation comes from the results and impact your solution creates, rather than the technical beauty of the code. For us, technology is a tool to create business impact for our clients, and we are agnostic in choosing whichever tools best solve the challenge. This can mean widely used programming languages and frameworks, but also different CRM, CMS and ecommerce solutions that we customise and integrate to our clients’ other systems.
