🔒 Clearance & Citizenship Requirements This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph . Candidates who do not currently hold these credentials will not be considered. Description: ** DevOps position** Support a team specializing in designing, engineering, implementation, development and maintenance of enterprise quality mission systems, networks, and applications Mandatory Skills: 1. • Hands-on experience writing, testing, and maintaining Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (required) and CloudFormation (required) 2. • Hands-on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, Security Groups, NACLs, IAM, CloudWatch, and other core services 3. • Hands-on experience implementing and managing Cl/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred, but experience with GitLab Cl, GitHub Actions, or similar acceptable} 4. • Strong proficiency in Bash (required) and Python (required) scripting 5. • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker required) 6. • Hands-on experience integrating and deploying diverse software systems: AWS cloud services, open-source applications, COTS/GOTS products, and custom applications 7. • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, IAM policies, and AWS 8. architecture best practices 9. • Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows, branching strategies, and version control best practices 10. • Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus/Alertmanager, CloudWatch, or similar) 11. • Hands-on experience with database self-hosting including installation, configuration, backup/recovery, high availability, and performance tuning (PostgreSQL and MySQL) Optional Skills: 1. • Experience with secrets management solutions (AWS Secrets Manager, or similar) 2. • Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup strategies, and continuity planning 3. • Familiarity with API gateways and modern microservices patterns 4. • Experience with cost optimization practices in AWS 5. • Experience deploying and managing data platform components: Apache Spark, Trina, Apache Ranger, Apache Iceberg, Apache Superset, data catalogs 6. • Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and supporting infrastructure 7. • Background deploying and supporting Al/ML workloads or model serving infrastructure 8. • Experience mentoring team members on DevOps and cloud best practices 9. • Familiarity with additional monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK stack) 10. • Experience integrating customer's Enterprise services (SSO, etc.) 11. • Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.)
