To lead a cross functional team in the delivery of complex product and system development projects across a variety of products and technologies. Managing the successful delivery of product/projects will require you to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include drafting timelines, delegating work, collaborating, and working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and Developers, as well as liaising with key project stakeholders as required to ensure products get to market on time, and maintain compliance and quality. You will also be responsible for supporting the performance and growth of each team members career through mentoring and coaching. BET Software is a 24-Hour operation and therefore live support must be available to support same. Team Members will be scheduled in accordance to the above requirements
