Technical Leadership • Lead and mentor engineers working across the Plans ecosystem. • Guide architectural decisions across front-end, backend, API, data, and integration work. • Establish strong engineering standards for maintainability, reliability, and delivery quality. • Help teams move quickly while staying aligned to architectural direction and product intent. Stakeholder Collaboration • Partner with Product, Engineering, Platform, Operations, and business stakeholders to understand Plans workflows and business needs. • Communicate architectural decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Serve as a technical bridge between product strategy, engineering execution, and platform scalability.
