We are looking for a Software Architect who will shape the technical future of our platform and help us scale mission-critical fintech products processing large volumes of financial transactions. Your role and impact As a Software Architect, you will play a key role in defining and evolving the architecture of WhiteTech’s core fintech platform. You will work closely with Technical Leads, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to design scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions while helping engineering teams make sound technical decisions. You will act as a technical authority across multiple teams and contribute to the long-term technology strategy of the company. Your key responsibilities will include Designing and evolving the architecture of mission-critical fintech products. Defining architectural standards, engineering principles, and best practices across teams. Leading architectural reviews and validating technical solutions proposed by engineering teams. Designing highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems. Driving system decomposition, domain boundaries, and service interactions. Collaborating with Technical Leads on complex technical challenges and strategic initiatives. Participating in the design of integrations with banking systems, compliance services, and other external platforms. Identifying and mitigating technical risks, bottlenecks, and scalability limitations. Supporting modernization initiatives, architectural refactoring, and technical debt reduction. Working closely with Product and Business stakeholders to transform business requirements into sustainable technical solutions. Mentoring senior engineers a
