Play your part in a brilliant company culture built on teamwork, creativity, and fun.     We are looking for an established  Social Content Creator  with 2+ years' agency or client-side experience, or as a social creator in your own right.  This role sits within our  Social@Ogilvy  team.  We value creativity grounded in insight, big ideas that are game-changing, flawless execution, and having fun across the office every day.     Working alongside social strategists and a dedicated team of content creators and community managers you'll be play a vital, hands on role in all things social including organic and always on programs, creator activity and integrated campaigns.      You're  someone  who's  genuinely passionate about social .   You know what's trending, why it matters, and how brands can show up authentically. You want to sharpen your  creative  thinking while getting stuck into the craft of  producing highly  impact  social content and creative ideas .      About the Role   As a Social Content Creator in our team, you will concept and produce planned and reactive content for our clients and prospects. Your role will cover agile production of lo-fi content and content capture for dedicated shoot days. You’ll play a key role developing ideas and concepts to help bring strategy and creative to life for clients and new business pitches.     What You’ll Do   Content strategy & ideation:  Generate compelling, platform-native, and on-brand content ideas that deliver against brand and campaign objectives. Trend hacking:  Monitor social channels in real-time to identify breaking trends, viral audio, and cultural moments, translating them into rapid-concept creative ideas. End-to-end production:  Script, shoot, direct, and edit high-quality, lo-fi social content (with a heavy focus on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts) using professional editing tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, and native platform features. Visual design:  Design static and motion assets using the Adobe Creative Suite to support always-on and organic social programs. Live event capture:  Attend brand events, product launches, and experiential activations to capture real-time social content, collaborating on-site with talent, ambassadors, and fans. Influencer collaboration:  Partner with social strategists to develop highly collaborative creator briefs, ensuring external partners produce content that feels authentic and high-performing. AI-driven production:  Leverage WPP Open (our proprietary AI platform) to drive efficiencies, automate repetitive production tasks, and experiment with scale and personalization.     What You'll Bring    A deep familiarity with native creator tools across major social platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok. An understanding of how to adapt content styles and formats so they perform best on different channel A passion for staying current with platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging social trends. A collaborative mindset, ready to pitch creative ideas and concepts in client presentations and internal workshops. A passion to experiment with new formats and approach including repeatable formats, episodic content, clipping strategies and engagement techniques  Proven record of accomplishment as a successful social content creator or influencer A personal or professional portfolio (or active social accounts) demonstrating your passion and ability as a content creator.
