Responsibilities Operate slab processing equipment to cut, shape, and finish materials according to project requirements. Inspect slabs for defects and ensure all finished pieces meet quality standards. Handle, store, and transport slabs safely within the production area. Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in slab handling or processing preferred. Familiarity with slab cutting and finishing equipment. Good physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials safely. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Knowledge of safety procedures related to material handling and equipment operation. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
