Their commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships makes them a trusted provider in critical infrastructure worldwide.  We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Services Engineer to support the maintenance, servicing and development of LV and MV electrical switchgear systems and associated customer support operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), emergency call-out support, fault diagnosis, lifecycle replacement projects and assisting with business development activities across low and medium voltage electrical infrastructure. This is a customer-facing technical role requiring strong electrical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently across multiple client site. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance and inspection of LV and MV electrical switchgear systems. Perform planned preventative maintenance activities in line with customer contracts and company standards. Conduct testing, servicing, and reporting on LV and MV distribution equipment. Support production relay testing, breaker maintenance, insulation testing, and functional verification activities where applicable. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations, procedures, and switching controls. Respond to customer breakdowns and emergency callouts when required. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults within LV and MV switchgear systems. Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Provide technical support to customers during outage or fault conditions. Support safe isolation, switching operations, and restoration of electrical systems where authorised. Assist with project planning, site surveys, shutdown coordination, switching schedules, and commissioning activities. Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain accurate technical documentation, test records, and service reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify opportunities for additional maintenance services, upgrades and replacement projects. Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and site visits.
