With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning… Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.   A Snapshot   As Site Security Manager, reporting directly to the Building Services Manager based in Tokyo, you will work closely with the rest of the Operations team, making your mark in a number of ways:   Supervise the security and soft services aspects of data centre facility operations for assigned properties   Manage third-party security staff performance to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and other requirements for delivering AirTrunk’s maintenance and compliance programs   Oversee maintenance and upgrades of the site security network   Your Day to Day   Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, responsible for efficient processing of visitors, contractors, clients, and AirTrunk staff into the facility, as well as handling front-of-house requests   Conduct regular property inspections with a focus on security and EHS   Ensure all aspects of data centre security systems comply with AirTrunk’s policies   Perform general administrative duties, including producing reports, providing audit evidence, and tracking staff time and attendance   Coordinate with Site FM team leads on security, access, and maintenance requirements   Ensure new security staff and vendors are properly trained and qualified   Assist in delivering various accreditation initiatives, including but not limited to ISO 27001 and SOC   Support the Site Operations team in managing physical security incidents at the property   Support the Building Services Manager in soft services   Requirements   Fluent in English and Japanese, with professional-level reading and writing skills in both languages   2+ years of experience in a people management role, ideally in a physical security or operations environment   Background in data centres or mission-critical environments is a plus   Proven experience managing audits and working with third-party vendors and customers   Holder of a Security License and First Aid Certificate, or meets the requirements to obtain them   Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret operational documents   Capable of preparing and reviewing incident reports, emergency event summaries, root cause analysis reports, and O&M manuals   Proficient in computer systems, ideally with experience in CCTV and/or EACS systems (e.g., Genetec or Lenel)   The AirTrunk Culture    Working at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
