ReversingLabs is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join the SRE team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of ReversingLabs' core systems. You will work across production, staging, and test environments, supporting Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, monitoring, secrets management, repositories, CDN, web services, and internal infrastructure. As part of the team, you'll partner closely with software engineers to improve platform reliability, automate operations, and build resilient systems that enable fast and reliable software delivery.  Responsibilities Develop pipelines for building and deploying highly scalable, resilient production environments and the supporting infrastructure.  Define steps and processes for production management Create and maintain monitoring and alerting systems and ensure maximum system uptime Estimate the budget and hardware requirements for ReversingLabs systems Manage day-to-day activities, including the definition and prioritization of tasks Closely collaborate with engineers to plan and develop the best technical design and approach for infrastructure Assess and recommend new technologies, libraries, and modules to build and enhance ReversingLabs products and services Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, system administration, infrastructure engineering, or a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with GNU/Linux-based operating systems and troubleshooting production-like environments. Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies such as Docker. Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability platforms.  Experience with web servers and reverse proxies such as Nginx or Apache. Working knowledge of scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or a similar language. Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, TLS, load balancing, and common infrastructure troubleshooting practices. Familiarity with Git-based workflows and collaboration with development teams. Good communication skills, ownership mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and improve systems continuously. Desirable skills Experience with AWS or another public cloud platform.  Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Experience operating message queue systems such as RabbitMQ. Experience with repository and artifact management systems such as Artifactory or Docker registries. Experience with secrets management platforms such as Vault or Passbolt. Experience with CDN, uptime monitoring, or edge delivery platforms such as Fastly and Site24x7. Experience supporting Atlassian tools, Nextcloud, Sentry, TestRail, or similar engineering productivity platforms.
