Talent 360 is hiring Site Engineer. As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in bringing our innovative designs to reality, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. We are looking for a proactive, resourceful professional with 5–8 years of experience who is eager to collaborate, lead, and contribute to outstanding project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site. Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and work progress. Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions. Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and project updates. Monitor resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment. Attend project meetings and communicate project status to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and HSE requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project execution. Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
