The Site Acquisition Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating the sale, purchase, and the entitlement process for Life.Church real estate. This role supports Life.Church real estate decisions from start to finish, through market analysis to entitlement coordination. The Site Acquisition Manager partners with leadership on high-impact negotiations and manages broker and city relationships to secure properties that support Life.Church's growth. This role also manages communications on both internal and external properties.   This role (operationally) supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.
