Description
Simulation Engineer As a Simulation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and validating simulation systems to ensure the success of next-generation automotive technologies. This includes working with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) systems using state-of-the-art tools like dSPACE and National Instruments. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain simulation models for automotive applications, including ADAS, and AD.
Design and execute test scenarios using HIL and SIL systems to validate hardware and software components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and system architects, to optimize simulation environments.
Integrate and configure dSPACE or National Instruments hardware for testing and validation purposes.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide actionable feedback for system improvements.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in simulation, HIL/SIL testing, or automotive systems engineering.
Tools Expertise: Proficiency with dSPACE (e.g., ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, MicroAutoBox) and National Instruments (e.g., LabVIEW, VeriStand) platforms.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automotive systems such as ADAS and AD.
Programming: Experience with programming languages like MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or C/C++.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
