We’re looking for a Shopify Conversion Specialist to take full ownership of product page performance across large Shopify catalogs. Why This Role Matters Conversion optimization is a core revenue driver at GTE. In this role, you won’t just support CRO efforts — you’ll own conversion performance end-to-end, directly impacting: Conversion rate (CVR) Average order value (AOV) Overall revenue across product pages What You’ll Own (First 90 Days) Success in this role means you’ll be able to: Optimize 100+ product pages for conversion and AOV Identify and resolve bottlenecks across product funnels Improve key conversion drivers: Copywriting Offer structure Page layout Visual hierarchy Run A/B tests with clear, measurable revenue impact Turn supplier or basic assets into high-converting product pages Diagnose whether performance issues are driven by: Offer Design Traffic quality This Role Is a Strong Fit If You: Have 3+ years of hands-on eCommerce CRO / conversion optimization experience Have worked with large product catalogs (100+ SKUs) Have hands-on Shopify experience Have a proven track record of improving conversion rates and/or revenue Have strong direct-response copywriting skills Understand consumer psychology and buying behavior Are comfortable being measured on performance and results Bonus: Experience with DTC brands, dropshipping, or affiliate marketing Experience scaling high-SKU stores Team Fit We’re building a performance-driven team.
