Brisc Plumbing is Hiring a Shop Manager! Brisc Plumbing – Watertown, WI $18–$25 per hour | Full-Time | On-Site Join the Team That Keeps Everything Running At Brisc Plumbing, our technicians are only as successful as the support behind them. We're a growing, family-owned plumbing company looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Shop Manager to keep our warehouse, fleet, and equipment operating at peak performance. What You'll Do As our Shop Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our field team by ensuring they have everything they need to provide exceptional service. Inventory & Warehouse Management Receive, organize, and stock plumbing materials and supplies. Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas. Track inventory and replenish stock before shortages occur. Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for technicians each morning. Fleet & Equipment Coordination Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for company vehicles. Monitor vehicle registrations, inspections, and overall condition. Inspect, organize, and perform basic maintenance on company tools and equipment. Help keep the fleet clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. Field Support Deliver parts, materials, or equipment to active job sites when needed. Assist technicians with equipment or logistics during busy periods. Support daily operations wherever needed to keep projects moving. Requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment repairs. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable lifting and moving materials weighing up to 75 lbs. Basic smartphone and computer skills for inventory tracking and communication. Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, automotive, construction, or plumbing industry experience. Forklift experience (training provided if needed). Experience managing inventory or coordinating fleet maintenance. Benefits Why Join Brisc Plumbing?
