The Opportunity We are seeking a dependable and organized Shop Foreman to support the HVAC RNTL warehouse operations.  This role is critical in ensuring our equipment is ready for rapid deployment in emergency situations.  The Shop Foreman will manage shop inventory, coordinate equipment staging and repairs, and direct shop technicians to maintain operational efficiency.    Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory of HVAC equipment and ancillary materials. Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and tracked. Under the direction of the National Service Leader, stage equipment in the shop and yard for testing and repair. Participate in equipment testing and minor repairs as needed. Direct shop technicians to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule. Monitor work quality and provide guidance to ensure safety and performance standards are met. Pull and prepare ancillary materials for outgoing jobs. Inspect and inventory equipment upon return from job sites, noting any damage or maintenance needs. Operate forklifts and Yard Dog vehicles to move equipment safely within the shop and yard. Assist with equipment installations and breakdowns at job sites as needed. Represent the company professionally while on-site. Use company shop trucks for job-related travel; no take-home vehicle is provided. The Required Profile High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or rental equipment operations. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Proficient with forklifts and warehouse operation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment. Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time. Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency wit
