Responsible for day to day warehouse shipping and receiving activities
Scheduling pickup of materials for distribution by FEDEX, DHL, USPS etc.
Tracks incoming and outgoing shipments assuring on time delivery and receipt of materials
Conveys delays in shipment to the appropriate audience and works to resolve delays in a timely manner
Maintains a neat and tidy shipping area with ample stock of appropriate shipping materials
Maintains EEG Screening system cleaning and preparation for shipment
Maintains RMA backlog of returned systems to be cleaned and inventoried for Service
Prepares manufacturing work orders from the production planning schedule to maintain product pipeline
May be ask to participate in manufacturing builds as needed to meet production demands
What You’ll Bring
Experience in Rental Fleet Warehouse logistics preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in logistics and shipping
History of Warehouse daily operations and management
Inventory and work order management for device assembly, planning, and execution in an ERP system
