Join our team as a Shift Supervisor! The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating weekend day-shift manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role drives a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while supervising daily activities, developing team capability, and ensuring output meets production schedules and quality standards. The supervisor engages and empowers employees through clear communication of performance metrics, fosters a “great place to work” environment, and partners with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, to support staffing, development, and performance management. Additionally, this role ensures adherence to company policies, safety and quality requirements, and operational excellence through effective planning, problem-solving, and disciplined execution of continuous improvement and 5S principles. Weekend Day Shift: Friday - Sunday 6AM-6PM
