The Opportunity We're looking for a Shift Manager to oversee the shift fulfilment operations at our UK Fulfilment Hub in Royal Leamington Spa. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire and develop your team while driving operational excellence. In this role you will be responsible for meeting customer promise dates and service level agreements, balancing cost, quality and productivity across all of our brands. Working closely with the Clinical Team, Supply Chain and Customer care you'll also help ensure our operations remain fully compliant, maintaining the high standards of care and quality our customers expect.
