Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Lead, motivate, and support staff members to achieve individual and team objectives. Monitor workflow and production schedules, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during shifts. Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly to minimize disruption. Communicate effectively with management regarding progress, concerns, and staffing needs. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Maintain accurate records related to shift activities, attendance, and equipment usage. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex operations during shifts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to team management. Relevant certifications or training in supervision or management is an advantage.
