950 OLD HIGHWAY 66 ASH FORK AZ86320 KFC is looking for motivated and dependable Shift Leads to help lead our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Shift Lead, you will support daily restaurant operations, help coach team members, and ensure guests receive great food and exceptional service every shift. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example, working with a team, and delivering a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet KFC standards Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift transitions Support food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and teamwork Delegate tasks and help manage workflow during busy periods Assist with inventory, stocking, and minimizing food waste Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to management Support management with daily operations and help achieve restaurant goals Requirements Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Benefits Competitive weekly pay Flexible scheduling Health, dental, and vision benefits available for eligible team members Paid time off for eligible employees
