The role

Role & Responsibilities
Own complex, escalated incidents from L2, performing deep functional and configuration-level root cause analysis (flows, validation rules, sharing/security model, integration configuration)
Diagnose issues across the wider ecosystem: interactions between Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and ERP, POS, PIM/DAM, OMS, payment providers and the integration/middleware layer
Analyze Apex, Lightning Web Component and Flow logs and debug output to identify root cause without personally developing code fixes; translate findings into precise requirements for development teams
Lead impact analysis for evolutions and change requests (typically under 10 person-days), including consistency with the validated roadmap and cross-system dependencies, and provide costing input
Validate fixes and enhancements delivered by development teams through functional/technical documentation review, UAT support and regression checks
Maintain and evolve platform configuration: user/profile/permission model, automation (Flow), page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
Support sandbox refresh activities, release management and deployment validation
Contribute to and maintain technical/functional documentation and the knowledge base
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos) and problem management reviews
Act as a functional escalation point during critical/high-priority incidents, including on-call support during special commercial events where required
Ensure security and compliance requirements (data privacy, access management) are respected in all support activities
Must have
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Solid understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform events, sufficient to analyze logs and diagnose complex issues (this role does not require producing custom code)
Experience with integration architectures involving middleware platforms and REST/SOAP/platfor
