We are looking for a Services Consultant to work closely with our clients, leading implementation projects and ensuring value delivery through our solutions. This is a strategic role with strong exposure to international clients and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation projects of SoftExpert solutions, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction Gather and analyze business requirements from clients Translate client needs into system configurations and solutions within the platform Act in a consultative way, recommending process improvements and best practices Deliver training sessions and enable end-users Support client adoption, ensuring engagement and long-term success Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Sales) for continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields Experience with software implementation, consulting, or client-facing projects Strong analytical skills and business process understanding Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced English (you will work with international clients) Nice to have Experience with management software (e.g., BPM, ECM, QMS, GRC) Background in industrial or regulated environments Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile) Intermediate/Advanced Spanish What we are looking for We are seeking a consultative, organized, and results-driven professional who enjoys solving problems and working closely with clients.
