Job Summary We’re hiring a Senior Webflow Designe r for a remote web design job focused on creating high-converting websites and marketing assets. This is an ideal role for a designer who thrives in both UI/UX design and Webflow development, with a strong grasp of design systems and digital marketing performance. You’ll own projects end-to-end—from wireframes in Figma to fully responsive, production-ready Webflow builds—while collaborating closely with account managers to deliver impactful client results. Key Responsibilities Design and build Webflow websites from scratch (no templates) Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma Develop marketing assets: ads, landing pages, email newsletters, and social graphics Build and maintain scalable UX design systems (component libraries, tokens, style guides) Ensure responsive, pixel-perfect design across all breakpoints Use structured frameworks like Client-First or Relume naming conventions Collaborate with account managers to align on client goals and deliverables Optimize design outputs for conversion and performance
