As a Senior Visual QA , you'll play a critical role in ensuring every creative asset we produce meets the highest standards of visual quality, technical accuracy, and brand consistency before it reaches the public. You'll serve as the final quality checkpoint across a wide range of deliverables, including static, animated, video, print, digital, and social assets, helping safeguard the quality of work delivered for large-scale global marketing campaigns.
Beyond executing QA, you'll contribute to continuously improving QA processes, establishing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build an efficient, scalable quality assurance workflow. We are looking for someone with an exceptional eye for detail, strong ownership, and a passion for raising the bar for creative excellence.
Responsibilities:
Perform manual visual QA of creative assets across digital and print channels.
Review creative work for pixel-perfect execution, visual consistency, copy accuracy, branding compliance, and adherence to technical and platform specifications.
Verify that layouts, responsive behavior, and visual presentation render correctly across different browsers, devices, and environments.
Act as the final quality gate before delivery, ensuring assets are accurate, polished, and ready for launch.
Identify, document, and communicate visual defects and inconsistencies using project management and QA tools.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, developers, producers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and best practices to enhance quality and team efficiency.
Help promote consistent production standards, version control, and quality awareness across project teams.
About You
The essentials:
3–5+ years of hands-on Visual QA experience within a creative agency, marketing, advertising, production, or digital environment.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify visual, technical, and copy-related issues.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color, composition, branding, accessibility, and digital production standards.
Experience reviewing creative assets across multiple browsers and devices.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools.
Familiarity with project management, collaboration, and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Not a must, but a plus:
Experience working on large-scale, global marketing programs with high-volume creative production.
Knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows, automation, and emerging production technologies.
Experience mentoring junior QA team members or helping establish QA standards and best practices.
