WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Property Manager to join our team in France. SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Responsible for the overall technical management of the P3 portfolio in France. Be the first P3 contact person for tenants on technical matters. Regular site visits and be available for on demand requests from tenants or significant CapEx execution ongoing. Oversight of our external property managers. Coordinate external technical service providers, consultants and contractors. Preparation of the annual CapEx / OpEx budget in collaboration with AM team. Monitor CapEx / OpEx plans execution and report regularly on CapEx committed / spent against budget. Take ownership of some larger capex programs and act as internal project manager. Support long-term technical maintenance and lifecycle planning for the portfolio. Prepare the investment memorandums for CapEx approvals by the Portfolio Management committee. Ensure compliance with health and safety and ICPE regulations. Coordinate and follow up on  periodic technical inspections. Technical support regarding the lease agreement obligations of the lessor. Handle insurance claims (declaration, technical expertise, quotes, repairs, etc),  follow-up with tenants. Manage procurement policy (tenders, construction contracts) and purchase orders (PO) process. Responsible for P3 corporate projects implementation (ESG, Energy management, Facility management…). Support lease negotiations from a technical perspective. Support Investment and Development teams in Technical Due Diligence for acquisitions and disposals. WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE Degree in Engineering. Minimum 5/7 years of experience in technical property management with a focus on logistics (strong ICPE background). Strong technical background to take over more complex projects. Strong commercial skills, with demonstrated experience managing relationships with tenants and service providers. Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously. Enthusiastic, communicative, and a strong team player. MS Office knowledge Languages: French - native
