Your Role in our Mission: As Reward Gateway | Edenred continues to scale globally, we are expanding our Programme Delivery function to support a growing portfolio of cloud-based, high-availability SaaS products. With a significant number of engineering squads operating across regions, we are looking for a Senior TPM who thrives in complex engineering environments and can bring clarity, structure, and predictability to cross-team programme delivery. This is a high-ownership role with significant leadership and executive stakeholder visibility. Role overview The Senior TPM owns the full programme lifecycle — from navigating ambiguous business problems through to defining requirements, establishing programme governance, shaping solution design, and driving execution through to production — for complex, cross-functional technical programmes, taking end-to-end responsibility for delivery quality, timelines and alignment with business objectives. This hands-on role combines technical acumen, programme ownership and executive stakeholder accountability. About the team This role sits within the Central Programme Delivery team, reporting directly to the Delivery Director as part of the broader Technology organisation. The Central Programme Delivery team is responsible for driving the planning, execution and governance of strategic programmes across Reward Gateway | Edenred, working closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional business teams to deliver outcomes at scale.
