Sr, Technical Program Manager (MFG) Location: Reno, Nevada   About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing, to lead complex programs involving manufacturing systems and process development from concept through full-scale production. This role requires driving cross functional execution across manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, firmware and software, product, supply chain, quality, and production operations teams. You will own program scope, schedules, risk management, and delivery quality across multi phase manufacturing development roadmaps, ensuring successful execution through process design, line validation, and production ramp.    Responsibilities:   • Oversee program scope, schedules, and resource planning for manufacturing engineering initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet timeline, quality, cost, and performance expectations. • Drive execution across the full manufacturing development lifecycle, including process concept development, design reviews, pilot line builds, process verification, validation, qualification, and production ramp readiness. • Coordinate manufacturing development milestones, including process requirements definition, fixture and tooling release, line layout, DFM/DFA reviews, process capability studies, pilot builds, tooling readiness, and engineering change management. • Drive program planning and milestone tracking for manufacturing line integration, equipment readiness, process maturity, and production readiness. • Identify and mitigate risks related to manufacturing process design, supplier readiness, tooling, long lead equipment and materials, production constraints, and cross functional dependencies. • Partner with engineering and product teams to define program requirements, manufacturing development roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals. • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to support sourcing readiness, vendor and contr
