Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Years of experience : 6+ years Technical knowledge : system admin, good knowledge in windows, Linux and networking ( infrastructure support background ) Good troubleshooting skills include networking and System administration. Customer support job experience.
