About the Role
As a Senior System Analyst , you will serve as the crucial bridge between business vision and technical execution, translating complex requirements into seamless system designs. What You Will Do
Deconstruct & Align: Gather and analyze intricate solution requirements, ensuring absolute alignment with overarching business goals.
Architect Systems: Develop highly detailed system designs, workflows, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications that serve as blueprints for engineering.
Bridge the Gap: Partner closely with developers, testers, and product managers to champion successful, end-to-end system implementations.
Own the Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive, crystal-clear documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and technical manuals in JIRA and Confluence.
Champion Quality: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by proactively designing test cases, reviewing results, and driving rapid issue resolution.
What You Bring
Proven Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst (or similar role) managing the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical Tooling: Advanced proficiency in SQL, system modeling tools (UML, BPMN), and modern requirements management systems (JIRA/Confluence).
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills, with a proven track record of diagnosing complex technical issues and designing optimal workflows.
Cross-Functional Communication: Upper-intermediate English proficiency combined with stellar communication skills to effortlessly collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
