Role Overview As a Senior Staff Software Engineer at JazzX AI, you will operate as a principal technical owner of the platformʼs most critical architectural foundations. This is a highly hands-on, senior individual contributor role with company-wide technical influence. You will lead the design and evolution of core platform systems, shape long term technical strategy, and drive execution across multiple teams and domains. Your work will directly influence: The long-term architecture of JazzXʼs AI-native SaaS + PaaS platform How AI capabilities are safely, reliably, and audibly operationalized at scale Platform reliability, performance, security, and developer experience Engineering standards, architectural principles, and technical decision making across the organization This role is for engineers who think in systems, operate with extreme ownership, and enjoy solving ambiguous, high-impact problems at platform scale.
