If fully remote, In-person visits to the Denver headquarters are required, on average three times per year. Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $145,000.00 - $160,000.00, depending on experience level. Primary Responsibilities       Deep understanding of complex systems. Can  optimize  for specific needs , including  performance, resilience, observability, testability,  and more   Develops complex, high-quality features. Mentors teammates to improve software development practices.   Designs complex, large-scale systems. Considers scalability and fault tolerance.   Can write, debug, and maintain all types of automated tests. Advocates for testing strategy.   Implements and optimizes CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation   Integrates and optimizes AI tools into the development process, establishing best practices and mentoring others on effective AI usage   Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.   Mentors and guides team members, facilitates discussions, exemplifies empathy, openness and adaptability.   Bridges gaps between teams, drives cross-team initiatives, and resolves complex dependencies.   Leads interview sessions, creates documentation to help new hires ramp up.   Actively mentors and guides Engineering teammates.   Influences the team's technical direction.   Develops and champions the team's technical strategy.
