Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems . Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and security. Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and best practices. Drive and enforce  Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices . Optimize applications using tools such as  AWS X-Ray . Partner with stakeholders to  gather requirements and manage expectations , aligning technical delivery with business objectives. Collaborate across  multiple lines of business and with upstream/downstream partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of software engineering experience , with the ability to lead or mentor junior engineers. Strong programming expertise in  Python (and/or other languages). Experience with: Machine Learning / Generative AI Prompt Engineering Agentic AI systems Writing and maintaining Markdown documentation Hands-on experience with  AWS Cloud services . Familiarity with: AWS Athena AWS X-Ray CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code (IaC) VS Code and modern development environments GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools Experience building  trade and risk management systems (preferred). Demonstrated experience or capability in  team leadership or technical leadership (nice to have).
