Bee is already live and evolving quickly, and this role will play an important part in building intelligent agent experiences that guide interactions, enhance matchmaking, and continuously learn from member behaviour. You’ll contribute to how AI shows up responsibly and meaningfully in people’s experiences, bringing curiosity, strong engineering judgment, and a commitment to thoughtful experimentation. This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role where you’ll work closely with engineering, product, design, and data partners to turn ambitious ideas into reliable, scalable product experiences. You’ll help drive technical excellence across the Bee AI platform while collaborating with purpose, taking ownership, and seeing ideas through to meaningful member impact.
