About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack  Software Engineer who is passionate about building high- quality software and collaborating closely with other engineers to solve complex problems. In this role, you’ll contribute to our Client Portal team (mobile app), working with Fast API+Python and React Native + Expo. This role is based onsite at our Brooklyn, NY office. Relocation assistance is not available. Responsibilities · Elevate code quality: Champion test-driven development, code hygiene, and clean architecture across the team · Agile delivery: Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and incremental delivery with a strong bias toward iteration and value delivery · Lead by example: Design and implement scalable, robust systems across the backend (Python/FastAPI), frontend (React), and cloud infrastructure (AWS) · Raise the bar: Set and uphold high standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability · Drive technical alignment: Lead code reviews, design reviews, and engineering discussions that result in thoughtful, well-documented decisions · Champion documentation: Author and review technical design documents to guide team implementation and maintain long-term clarity · Build for resilience: Design systems with fault tolerance, observability, and graceful degradation in mind; guide the team in applying principles of reliability and operational excellence · Lead incident response and learning: Participate in and improve incident response processes, drive actionable postmortems, and promote a culture of continuous improvement · Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities and delivery timelines   Nice to Have · Full-Stack · React Native + Expo (Mobile Experience) · Python Experience · AWS Experience ·LLM/ML experience a plus   Why Join Us · Be part of a fast-growing software engineering team within a stable, established company. · Opportunities for career advancement, ownership, and professional development. · Lead high-impact projects and influence the technical direction of our systems and culture. · Work with passionate engineers who value thoughtful design, high-quality code, and continuous improvement.   The anticipated full-time annualized salary range will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.   At this time, we are unable to provide H-1B visa sponsorship or any other employment-based sponsorship.   Salary Range: $210,000 - 220,000 + Bonus    Salary Range $210,000 — $220,000 USD Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
