We are building a lean, high-output engineering team committed to providing the most innovative, transparent, and cost-effective ticket marketplace in the industry. Who You Are: As a Senior Software Engineer, you excel in solving technical challenges both independently and as part of a small, senior team. You have proven experience building and shipping across the full stack — API, web, and mobile — and AI agents make it practical to go deep in areas that aren't your primary strength. You have experience in driving, executing, and delivering high quality solutions. You are fluent in working with AI coding agents — not as a novelty, but as a core part of how you build software. You're comfortable orchestrating multiple agents to tackle complex problems, creating agentic feedback loops that improve code quality and velocity, and discovering ways to automate tedious, repetitive tasks so the team can focus on higher-impact work. You are comfortable working in ambiguously defined problem spaces, and you are a curious and creative problem solver who multiplies their output through smart use of AI tooling, delivering tangible results. What You'll Do: Own entire systems end-to-end — from database schema to API to production deploy Work across the entire stack — .NET APIs, React/Next.js web, React Native mobile — using AI agents to close knowledge gaps and move confidently in unfamiliar territory Orchestrate AI coding agents to accelerate development, code review, and research across the codebase Build and refine agentic workflows — automated testing loops, code review pipelines, and intelligent monitoring that reduce manual overhead Optimize performance of our APIs, making them scalable Create integrations to third party providers (e.g. fintech, ticket brokers, primary marketplaces) in order to offer more services to our users Design and develop new APIs for upcoming features Explore ways to make the user experience more personalized (event notifications, recommendations, pricing alerts, etc.) Identify repetitive engineering tasks and build automation to eliminate them — freeing the team to focus on what moves the business forward Use data to help drive decisions in our business logic Tools You'll Use: Languages: C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, React/React Native Datastores: Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB AI: Claude Code, Codex, and other coding agents as part of daily workflow IDE: Visual Studio, VSCode, Cursor Infrastructure: Azure Cloud Platform (App Service, Functions, Service Bus) What Sets You Apart: You've built or contributed to agentic workflows — automated pipelines where AI agents handle code generation, review, testing, or deployment with human oversight You have a track record of identifying tedious, complex processes and automating them away You've worked on marketplaces, e-commerce, or systems where inventory accuracy and transaction integrity matter You're comfortable working autonomously in a small team where there's no PM writing detailed specs for every task You've dealt with third-party API integrations that are messy, underdocumented, or unreliable Diversity at TickPick: At TickPick, we know that diversity of all t
