With a robust product roadmap and new opportunities on the horizon, we’re looking for a Senior Engineer to help scale our platform and build new products. This role offers the chance to work closely with our Co-founders and senior engineers, contributing directly to the growth of the company as we move from Seed to Series A and beyond. If you’re excited about scaling impactful products and building in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, reach out.   WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, build, and maintain critical user-facing products and backend systems that power our platform - Contribute to and help evolve our core backend architecture, focusing on scalability and performance - Collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership to align technical solutions with business needs - Drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation - Play a key role in shaping engineering culture, contributing to hiring efforts, and potentially mentoring or leading other engineers over time WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 5+ years of experience in web development - Strong backend development skills with a preference for full stack engineers - Proven ability to create scalable performant solutions within aggressive deadlines - Proven experience working in Ruby (or similar backend languages or willingness to learn), with the ability to ramp up quickly in our stack - Comfortable working across the stack, with React/Next.js and TypeScript strongly preferred - You are already running AI coding agents autonomously, including overnight, to ship.
