The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated  Senior Salesforce Developer  to join our technology team at our  Birmingham City Centre  offices. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform — the engine that powers how our teams deliver outstanding experiences for students and university partners alike. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders and liaise with third-party development teams, ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with the needs of a dynamic, fast-growing organisation. What We're Looking For We are seeking a Salesforce professional who brings both technical depth and a genuine passion for what the platform can achieve. To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience & Technical Skills 4–6 years  of experience working within the CRM domain 3+ years  of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience Proven expertise across  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud Strong command of  Apex  development, including triggers, classes, and test methods Proficiency in  Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Aura components, and Visualforce Solid working knowledge of  SOQL and SOSL Experience implementing and managing  CI/CD pipelines , along with integrating third-party systems via  oAuth and REST APIs A thorough understanding of  Salesforce governor limits , security best practices, and custom deve
