The Sr. Salesforce Developer will be responsible for implementation, delivering and supporting application lifecycle projects utilizing commercial, free and custom-developed software by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Service, Technology and BI stakeholders. Ability to work with business teams from Sales, Marketing and Service to implement and rollout cloud applications across http://move.com Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users Perform application configuration activities in http://Salesforce.com – Sales,Service and Marketing Cloud Work with multiple integration projects using middleware or third party custom applications Recommend build vs. buy when It comes to third party integrations for the SFDC stack Create business process models using best practice techniques, including current and future state solution design documents using requirements gathered Ability to design solutions and write functional and technical specifications for technical team members Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies Ability to dive deep and research production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessary Support change control best practices, including the management of user requests/approvals and promoting changes to production Must be able to walk the talk and code, troubleshoot and debug for issues   What will you bring? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, computer science or related field 6+ years of hands on experience in SFDC development, lead role in supporting Sales/Marketing and Service modules Salesforce Certified CPQ specialist, Platform Developer I ,Certified Platform Developer II, Agentforce Certifications preferred. Experience on building Agentforce Agent and bot experience required. Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platf
