We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer specializing in enterprise integrations, APEX engineering, and Azure-based CI/CD pipelines.
In this role, you will architect and implement Salesforce applications, integrations, and automations leveraging APEX, Lightning Web Components, and C#. You will also work closely with Azure DevOps pipelines and Azure cloud integrations to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will collaborate directly with architects and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design and develop APEX classes, triggers, test classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build and optimize complex Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and C# (.NET) backend services.
Implement secure, scalable Salesforce components and automations following engineering best practices.
Lead integration patterns leveraging Azure cloud components and Azure services.
Establish and maintain automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Conduct code reviews, enforce technical standards, and maintain clear technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural or performance issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
+5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
Strong proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience developing backend services and APIs using C# (.NET).
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and working with Azure cloud services.
Nice-to-haves
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns like Platform Events, Change Data Capture, External Services, and Named Credentials.
Experience building scalable components using Salesforce Flows, Flow Orchestrator, and declarative automations.
Familiarity with architectural frameworks like LDS, LDS Wire Adapters, and Apex Enterprise Patterns.

Team Engagement Interview (30 mins): A brief session focused on cultural alignment, professional presentation, and communication skills to ensure mutual fit for our remote-first environment.
Final Round: Technical Deep Dive (Up to 2 rounds, 60 mins each). A deep dive into your engineering experience. We will discuss system architecture, database design, and your hands-on experience with full-stack frameworks and LLM integrations. No trick questions, just an engineering-to-engineering discussion about real-world problem-
