We are a growing fintech looking to add a Senior Sales Manager on our Tokyo, Japan team!
What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
Sourcing, developing and signing new business deals that are consistent with the company’s strategy for strong revenue growth
Identifying and developing green field business opportunities
Identifying and developing business opportunities with existing clients
Building and managing a pipeline of new logo and upsell opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and their key personnel
Motivating team members to achieve exceptional results
Work with sales team members to execute account planning and engaging directly with senior executives at our customers to advance opportunities through the sales cycle
Developing and tracking of KPI’s to help increase overall sales productivity and to improve decision-making
Developing and executing the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to grow the customer base
Being responsible for all aspects of the sales process, weekly and monthly reporting on sales forecast, pipeline, and sales activity; striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency &n
